Exclamation Mark

Hi Friday! I love you.
Always have, always will.

Except that one Friday in the 6th grade when Paul J. threw up on my coat, while we were acting out Anne of Green Gables in front of the entire class.
Yeah. Not so much.

{A few things making this Friday special}

*Today I have happy sparkly {teenage dream} toes.

*I texted my bestie, " Two Starbucks gift cards are burning a hole in my pocket." Can you guess where we'll be this morning?

*Spotted Kate Gosselin's twin at the grocery store. Reverse mullet hairstyle and everything. And it was a man.

*I remembered it's April 1st, and I will not get tricked this year. Gullible is not written on the ceiling, and I didn't win a vacation to Hawaii. Thanks Dad.

    i love how in elementary you always said the first name and first initial of the last name. junior high was a weird transition when "jessica t." became "jessica."
    aaaand that's why we give props to the parents for giving me a weird enough name to not need my initials.

    Haha, I had a similar 6 grade experience with a boy puking on my shirt. It was one of those flannels that were way too big for me, but it was totally in vogue at the time for a 6th grade girl to look like Kurt Cobain. My teacher actually washed my flannel for me and it was clean and dry by the end of the school day.

    I had a similar elementary puke trauma, except it wasn't my coat but rather a parachute we were playing with in gym class...I will be forever scared :) Happy Weekend!
