Is There More Bounce in California?


The 1st vacation of summer 2011 has finally arrived. I've been counting down the weeks, the days, and the hours.
More specifically, counting down for this drive-thru.
Double Double. Fries. Strawberry shake.
Dreams do come true. Obviously, I shoot for the stars and have big dreams in life.


Ok, ok. I'm excited for the lake house and spending time with family too.



I'm all set.

I've got my bikini, floppy hat, and "Water for Elephants."

And blindingly pale Oregon legs.

    I want to scream whenever someone posts something about enjoying the ever coveted In N Out because I live in Montana which is, like, approximately 900 million light years away and I've only had it once, and that was over 7 years ago and so now I'm craving it and I have to settle for.....Hardees? UG. Have fun at the Lake House, which is also another point of jealousy for me. BUT I've already finished "Water For Elephants," so I'm (kinda) beating you there! HA! haha jk Have a wonderful, restful, peaceful vacay!

    That book is so good & that meal sounds amazing--aka I've never been. I would absolutely die to be at a lake house right now!

    ill take your blindingly pale legs and trade you my PEELING legs! yep this girl went out with no sunblock on zee legs and is suffering from a gross peel.

    I feel very out of it for never going to an in-n-out! do they make those up here in Boston!? We just got a SONIC a year ago and everyone went NUUUTS!

    double double sounds amazing. and that lake house? HOLY BEAUTIFUL! can i just take my seat on that dock for the summer?

    Have a blast! Can't wait for my dose of Double Double this summer, too. Even though we have some in TX now, it's just not the same. Summer vacation has always been So Cal and In-n-Out. =)

    In & Out is one of the best things about living in California! I love the Neapolitan milkshake (all three flavors, just like the ice cream!).

    It's amazing how something so simple as a pic of a menu can make your mouth drool and your stomach growl! When we went on our cruise, we drove all the way to LA just so we could enjoy In N Out 19 times! Mmm and let me know about Water for Elephants. I am reading The Help right now and that is the next one of my list! Have a fun trip!

    I JUST booked tickets to Vegas for a friend's bday weekend and the first thing I thought of was...yup...In-N-Out!!! Animal style burger with those yummy fries. And I will have to try their strawberry shake this time. Delish!!!
