Mom Hair?


{I might take the plunge back into bang-ville}



Fridays are always my special day. I highly suggest having a job that gives you 3 day weekends.
{mandatory three day weekends should probably be written into the Constitution or something. Just sayin'}

Usually, I like to jumpstart the weekend and tackle all of my to-do stuff, plus relish in a bit of "me" time.
Sleep in. Coffee dates. Grocery shopping. Midwife appointments. Toilet scrubbing.
A mish-mash of everything.

A happy wife is a happy life.

Next on the Friday agenda: Hair appointment.
I finally stopped procrastinating and scheduled it.
Korean/German genes mixed with pre-natal vitamins...it's a little out of control up top.

    YES!

    I've never been bang-less because the world doesn't need to see my forhead, but I'm getting blunt bangs on Saturday. Can't wait.

    I love how bangs are coming back 'in' even though in my world, they never went out.

    do it! ever since I have gotten married I am afraid to get my hair cut short because people will point and yell "mom hair!" Or so I think they would. but don't let that hold you back!

    I always struggle with this. To bang, or not to bang? It's a tough choice!

    I have a big forehead... but I just let it breathe... because I can't commit to styling bangs every morning. However, I think that Nicole Richie look would look AMAZING on you!

    DO IT!!! And if you end up not loving it, it's just hair - it will grow back! But I bet you will love it!
    P.s. SO jealous that you always get 3 day weekends... I absolutely agree with you that it should be in the constitution or something :)

    I think the bangs would look really cute on you.
    I had them for a while and although they looked pretty good, I just couldn't get used to having hair on my forehead that needed to be cut regularly so it didn't get in my eyes. Maybe if I was better at cutting my own hair it would have worked out for me.

    That way I can live vicariously through your haircut.. I've been toying with the idea of getting bangs again,too. I loved them when I had them and so did most other people.. EXCEPT my husband :( Your face shape should go really well with bangs and they are so trendy and fall-ish. Post pictures if you do!

    COMPLETELY agree with 3 day weekends. Who was it that decided weekends could only last 2 days PFFT. You should def get bangs again!

    ok i think you would look amazing in bangs. you know how certain people look good/bad with styles? you have a "bang face" which means u can totaaally get away with them! plus, you're BANGIN! har har har ;-)

    Bon to the Bon. Bonnie cakes. I love thee gorgeousness. However, I do not wish you to bang it. The reason is I like your face shape, your eyebrows, and those gorgeous Korean eye shapes! If you bang it, you will hide them from me! nooo! :) If you bang it though, you will for SURE rock it out. Happy hair cutting mommy to be!! Woot woot! xox!

    I love bangs; they can be super adorable as long as you get the right ones for you!

    And I love the "Happy Wife" quote..... I had to give a speech at my sister's wedding a couple weeks ago and ended it with "And as my mother always says 'Happy wife, happy life'." Too funny!!

    I had my stylist give me bangs a few months ago, after thinking about it for YEARS. I love them! They are a fun change, without getting rid of any length you already have on your hair.

    I had bangs and for awhile I adored them. Then I began to realize that the ways to style my hair become limited with bangs, so keep that in mind...

    Hmm, I am not sure. My hair is very curly, so bangs (or a fringe, as we call it here in NZ) would look silly on me, but I think it might suit you! :)
