Allergies are to Horrible as Husband is to Hero

This past weekend, I had big plans.
Basically, I galavanted through the week leading up to my Friday-Sunday with the notion in the back of my head of, "Oh, you can do that later. This weekend. Put it on the checklist. For the weekend! Long live the three day weekend! All the things will be done! Weekend!"

Big plans, I tell ya.

There was writing, designing, sketching, and etc.
Check. Check. Check.
I love the scritch scratch of a checkmark and the weighty tada of a crossed off list.
Everything was in place. Ready to go.

What did I do instead?

Achoo. Achoo. Achoo.

Sneezing.

A helluva lot of sneezing.

Oregon's Spring> Bonnie's Eyes/Nose/Throat

Besides outings for the necessities, (coffee and brunch), homemade piroshki, and a ridiculous marital tête-à-tête about cleaning the toilet-but not really about cleaning the toilet,

nothing was done.

I watched Duck Dynasty and ate Easter candy,

and used the checklist to blow my nose.

xoxo

  5. Nooooo! Allergies are the worst. Not that I know personally... but my hubs has developed them in the last couple of years. But he won't admit it. As if sneezing 6 times in a row, every 5 minutes isn't hint enough... so he doesn't take any type of allergy meds. So I suffer right along with him ;)
Duck dynasty is a great way to waste the hours away though!

  6. Allergies are the bane of my life. I actually had no idea I even had allergies until I moved from the southwest out to the east coast. My first spring/summer out here consisted of a allergy medicine haze, haha! Thankfully it has gotten better the longer I have lived out here.

  11. Hmm it appears like your website ate my first
comment (it was extremely long) so I guess
I'll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog.
I as well am an aspiring blog writer but I'm still new to the whole thing. Do you have any recommendations for rookie blog writers? I'd certainly appreciate it.
