Smarty Pants

{girls rule. boys drool}

I have been trying for weeks and weeks to beat the stud hubs at WWF.
WWF.
Words With Friends
not
the former wrestling organization.

We do like to wrestle though.
Basically anything involving a winner and a loser: we like.

When Daniel and I first started dating, it was our love of sports/competition that brought us together.
Skipping classes in favor of some sand volleyball.
And flirting.
But mostly, volleyball.

If we're on a team together, it's like Goose and Maverick.

But on different teams...against each other...I turn into Iceman.

Example
Once, he blocked one of my spikes.
Then I accidentally kicked him in the gonads.
Key words: "once", and "accidentally"

Hooray for Happy Healthy Marriages!

I love this post! My hubby and I are the same way when it comes to board games/card games. We continuously accuse each other of playing unfairly the entire game but afterwards we are back to smooching lol! We also battle it out with WWF too.

This totally reminds me of my husband and I, we are totally competitive people and I got him into playing volleyball...lucky for him he never plays on the opposing team, seeing as that was the sport I played in college D1 level!

Can we hang out? I think you and are very similar and we'd have fun. Great post! And congrats on beating him. M and I are both competitive people, but not with each other, or at least I don't think. It doesn't help that I'm a Yankees fan and he's a Red Sox fan, but we make it work ;)

Fun! I am addicted to WWF, but alas, my husband will not play it, so I play against my dad. P.S. Super cute blog! :)

My husband beats me at most games, but in Words With Friends I actually have a better record against him. I think thats part of the reason why he never plays against me anymore.

True story: Mr. M & I play softball together I was on fire in the outfield. I caught a super fly ball & he says "I mean, I guess I could have caught it--but I trust you more than I trust myself."
That is burned in quotation history forever.
Plus, I'm much better than him anyway ;).
Love, Leigh

Oh gosh...this sounds exactly like my husband and I! Once I sprained my ankle from beating him at Pop-A-Shot....from jumping up and down after I beat him.

Wasn't my proudest moment!

I think my husband would kill me at WWF. I swear I'm a smart girl, but I've always felt my vocabulary was somewhat lacking. And I'm the more competitive one of the two of us, so I'm not even going to tempt him with this game!
