Usually, on any given night, you can find us at the Rose Garden watching a Blazers game.
Usually, we have to grab a quick dinner beforehand.
Usually, we split a $5 foot long from Subway. Grab and go. Beat the traffic. Find parking.
Usually, we go to the Subway right by our place.
Usually, we have a grand ol' time full of rainbows and sunshine.
{But}
This one time. We didn't do our usually.

All of those reviews are true. It was more like rainclouds and hurricanes.

I guess every day is a bad day in her sandwich world?
Luckily, we survived her wrath. I'm a firm believer in killing with kindness, (said through gritted teeth).

Usually, I love change.
Sometimes traditions are best though.

I'm so weak.
Honestly I try to kill them with kindness. Sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't.
I'm a "kill 'em with kindness" kind of gal ... Then sometimes cry or scream when I leave! :)

I'm a total firm believer in "Killing them with kindness" however, I try & not surround myself with individuals that I have to implement that role. I honestly don't like being mean. Sometimes I can't help it.

I don't deal very well. I get snotty and rude right back at them. I can't help it. : ( I wish I could "kill 'em w/ kindness"....I really do!!
I would try to be nice too, but after reading those reviews I would never go back. I can deal with mean people at restaurants. Sometimes it's kind of funny to get the snooty waiter, but I can't handle bad hygiene by someone making me food.
Also, that was a fantastic win last night!

Wow, that sounds like an interesting sub shop. I don't understand why people have to be so rude and mean. I once witnessed a couple with their two young children scream at a McDonald's manager for not letting them order breakfast after breakfast hours were over. I literally stared with my mouth open because I couldn't get over how rude they were.
No one deserves to be screamed at or treated wrong...no matter what kind of person they are.
I love your killing with kindness attitude...that's the best remedy for mean people.

I usually try to kill meanness with kindness, however if someone is persistently rude I can't stand it and usually end up leaving the situation.
I am a mean person, so I deal with mean people pretty well.

I don't deal well with mean people. I try to "kill them with kindness," but then I just get upset and cry. Haha.
I talk it out to my husband, hahaha poor guy. In truth mean people suck. But you gotta love them.

not gonna lie...sometimes i'm rude back. but kind of in a passive agressive way. ....i'm working on that. i think it's maybe because i used to work at a restaurant, but for some reason i have higher standards for people who work in the food service industry. i'm usually pretty laid back and non-confrontational, but when it comes to food & customer service, i get a little snippy sometimes.
apparently i need to take a cue from you in the future :). at least you know you weren't the only one to have incurred that lady's wrath! haha!
That's just meh.
I used to wait tables so usually there's no pity from me for mean people. Kill them with kindness can only go so far you know.
