Today: {How-To} Wear a Scarf the Bon Bon Way

My love for scarves runs deep thanks to the rainy city I live in and the extra amount of pizzazz they add to any outfit. I'm all about warmth and pizzazz in my life. Here are just a few ways I like to wear my scarf all around town, or as I awkwardly sit in front of my macbook. All for the love of scarves and fashion, people.

{ho hum}
{methinks this outfit is missing something}

{bingo. now what?}

{hmmm. typical}

{perfect for my new russian family and life as a future babushka}

{cozy eternity style}

{nevermind. today I want to be a gypsy}

Want to be gypsy friends with me? Here's a how-to within a how-to. I know, my brain can hardly comprehend it.

{Step 1: wrap around forehead}
{p.s. if you are using a square scarf, 1st fold into a triangle}

{Step 2: cross ends in the back}

{Step 3: bring both ends forward}

{Step 4: cross/knot}

{Step 5: tuck ends up and under}

{Step 6: fluff and primp}

{Step 7: good to go conquer the world/join the circus/tell some fortunes/etc}

Goodness gracious. Enough photos of me. Where are my manners? I haven't even said hello to you lovelies!

{so}

"Hello!"
"Happy Wednesday!"

{and}

"How do you like to wear your scarf?"

xoxo

{Bon Bon}

I am boring, I usually wear my scarf the "typical" way. I really like your cozy eternity style and the gypsy style though.

PS: You are gorgeous.

Your post made me smile : )

I am pretty boring and go with the typical route.

Your gypsy style is just stellar. Love it!

Well that scarf hat is just super-nifty! I am going to try that, thanks! :)

I love scarves too, but I don't have very many of them. I always want to buy more, but then I find something else to spend my money on. Maybe I'll start a Spring scarf collection! :)

I"m addicted to scarves. I have one pretty much in every color...shiny, cotton, pashmina, sparkly, multi color, stripes etc.

I like to wear em...like this...
Get em ready like you're going to do the regular loop. Instead of putting both ends through the loop, put one in there, take the other end, come in the loop from the other way and you'll get and really cute knot similar to a basket weave look =)

I usually do the eternity style when I wear regular scarves, but lately all I've been wearing are cowls so those are pre-made eternity style for me! :)

TOO CUTE!!! If my hair was long enough I would wear it gypsy style! :)

I can't even tell you the last time I wore a scarf. I'm not sure why I don't wear them. You certainly pull off any of the scarf looks!

This is wonderful! I was thinking of wearing a scarf babushka style (oddly, I thought of it as Jackie O style) the other day but had a feeling my hubby would nix it in a heartbeat.

I tend to throw my scarves around haphazardly hoping that eventually they'll look ok!

Can we have an eternity style tutorial too?

Ha! This post made me smile. I like your sense of humor girl!
